European Jewellery is a leading Jewellery retail chain, with five locations in the best shopping malls in Toronto, specializing in high quality Diamonds, fine imported European jewellery, custom designed jewellery and watches from the worlds leading watch brands. We employ over one hundred people in our six Toronto stores and have been selling high end jewellery, diamonds and branded watches for over thirty years.

Store Manager

The position of Store Manager is most suited for those who are proven leaders and take on the challenge of achieving sales goals through team effort. The successful candidate must have high end retail sales and management experience, must have an excellent command of the English language, be well organized, enthusiastic, possess great people skills and be available to work shopping centre hours. As a manager you will oversee a staff of about 10 people and be responsible for all store operations including sales, custom designs, training, merchandising, customer follow up, store schedules, strive to achieve sales goals and budget targets.

Senior Sales Consultant

The position of Senior Sales Consultant is best suited for those people who strive to provide excellent customer service, consider themselves to be a people person, have an excellent command of the English language and have a proven track record in retail sales. The successful candidate must be available to work shopping centre hours.
As a sales consultant you will be responsible to foster a solid sales environment and maintain client base through consistent customer follow up, excellent service, complete knowledge of our products using our professional sales training manual and procedures.

Watch and Jewellery Service Consultant

The position of Watch / Jewellery Customer Service is best suited for those who have a knack for technical things, present themselves in a professional manner, and have good computer skills and people skills. As a service consultant you will be responsible to process and follow up with customer’s repairs and our work shops on all watch and jewellery repairs, appraisals, special orders and store sales.

Compensation

The compensation package varies according to experience and level of responsibility. It will include a base salary and in addition, the right candidate whose work, effort and dedication contributes to our success and growth will further their compensation through incentives, spiffs, commissions and bonuses.
